Devapo’s hotAir convection ovens are specially designed for regenerating and baking meals/components and for bake-off products. This version is equipped with a very functional control. By means of two operations (choosing the desired cooking time and temperature) a guaranteed and constant end product is obtained.
The escaping steam is condensed by means of intelligent condensing technology, so that no moisture escapes outside the convection oven. This condensation technology promotes the climate in the workspace. The energy consumption is low and the ease of use high.
Maximum capacity on a square meter. This stacking kit is for placing two hotAir convection ovens one above the other. Due to this very compact combination option, considerable space saving takes place.
